The Education Program for Youth Health Education took place from 10-12 April 2018 at the Pro Didactica Educational Center, Chisinau.
This activity is carried out within the project “Youth Health Education”, implemented by the United Nations Agency for the Reproductive Health and Rights (UNFPA) with the support of the Dutch Embassy and in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova, “Y-PEER”, the Educational Center Pro Didactica and Partnership for Every Child.
The priority activities of the project “Youth Health Education” include: revising the curriculum of the optional “Health Education” curriculum in gymnasium and lyceum education in line with international standards, teacher training and training of national team of experts who will be involved. For the revision of the curriculum, the Working Group was established on the basis of Order No. 396 of 29.III.2018 of the MECC (see Order no.396 and the nominal component of the Working Group).
Dr. Rodica Comendant, MD, Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, USMF “Nicolae Testimiţanu”, RHTC Director is the member of the Working Group.
The training program was attended by methodologists of the educational directorates, teachers, representatives of the Working Group, etc.
