Among young people there are few truthful sources where sex is talked about seriously, and often the environment in which teenagers are placed may not spread the most truthful information, and then we face a very harsh reality, because the original source of information was of poor quality.

In the framework of the project “Identification of young people’s knowledge about sexuality education through public libraries in the Republic of Moldova”, a video was made where teenagers give their opinions about sexuality education and sexual life in general.

Teens’ opinions on questions:

• Where young people get information about sex.
• The role of parents in informing children about sex education.
• When to have sexual intercourse.
• Mistakes that can trip up a teenager at the beginning of the sexual journey.
• Gender equality and stereotypes.
• Methods of contraception and possible consequences of their non-use

Also in this video – an interview with psychologist Anna Iskrova, who talks about puberty of teenagers, social patterns of sexual life and psychological aspects, love and sex.
