As part of the project \u201cIdentification of young people\u2019s knowledge about sexuality education through public libraries in the Republic of Moldova\u201d two trainings were organized for teenagers and their parents.<\/p>\n

The first training was a special meeting of young people from the gymnasium named after Academician Constantin Sibirski with a wonderful educational psychologist and specialist in child-rearing, Anna Iskrova.<\/p>\n

Anna is a very good specialist in her field, and the young people who had the chance to meet her, share with her an avalanche of emotions, fears and questions that worry them at this age.<\/p>\n

Adolescence is an intense period of transformation and in order to harmonize relationships, improve communication and, most importantly, support emotional and adolescent health, we all, especially professionals, need to get involved.<\/p>\n

The second training was a meeting of parents of teenagers with Anna Iskrova, an educational psychologist and parenting specialist.<\/p>\n

Most parents who have a teenager at home often do not understand the storms that are going on in their child\u2019s soul, and conversations end in quarrels between the two generations.<\/p>\n

Parents who attended the meeting with the psychologist learned how to deal with certain tense situations with their teenager and how to harmonize child-parent relations by showing empathy and communicating a lot.<\/p>\n

Emotional health of young people is the key to their bright future.<\/p>\n

These trainings are part of a series of activities planned within the project \u201cIdentification of young people\u2019s knowledge on sexuality education through public libraries in the Republic of Moldova\u201d, a project implemented by the Reproductive Health Training Center, in partnership with the Adam Mickiewicz Polish Library, and with the financial support of Solidarit\u00e9s international.<\/p>\n

s\u0103 o \u00eent\u00e2lneasc\u0103 \u00eei \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc o avalan\u0219\u0103 de emo\u021bii, temeri \u0219i \u00eentreb\u0103ri care \u00eei preocup\u0103 la aceast\u0103 v\u00e2rst\u0103.\r\n\r\nAdolescen\u021ba este o perioad\u0103 intens\u0103 de transform\u0103ri \u0219i pentru a armoniza rela\u021biile, a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi comunicarea \u0219i, cel mai important, pentru a sus\u021bine s\u0103n\u0103tatea emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i a adolescen\u021bilor, trebuie s\u0103 ne implic\u0103m cu to\u021bii, mai ales profesioni\u0219tii.\r\n\r\nCea de-a doua formare a fost o \u00eent\u00e2lnire a p\u0103rin\u021bilor de adolescen\u021bi cu psihologul educa\u021bional \u0219i specialistul \u00een educa\u021bie parental\u0103 Ana Iskrova.\r\n\r\nMajoritatea p\u0103rin\u021bilor care au un adolescent acas\u0103 de multe ori nu \u00een\u021beleg furtunile care se petrec \u00een sufletul copilului lor, iar conversa\u021biile se termin\u0103 \u00een certuri \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 genera\u021bii.\r\n\r\nP\u0103rin\u021bii care au participat la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea cu psihologul au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat cum s\u0103 gestioneze anumite situa\u021bii tensionate cu adolescentul lor \u0219i cum s\u0103 armonizeze rela\u021bia copil-p\u0103rinte d\u00e2nd dovad\u0103 de empatie \u0219i comunic\u00e2nd foarte mult.\r\n\r\nS\u0103n\u0103tatea emo\u021bional\u0103 a tinerilor este cheia pentru un viitor luminos al acestora.\r\n\r\nAceste instruiri fac parte dintr-o serie de activit\u0103\u021bi planificate
